From Oceanside to Imperial Beach, San Diego has anything and everything you need. Amusement parks, world class beaches, wine country, and the best food around, you won’t want to leave San Diego. San Diego’s claim to fame: their epic bay. One of the deepest marinas on the west coast, sail boats and yachts a like flock to San Diego. Some of the best wedding and event venues on the county are waterfront.
Our first favorite: Hotel del Coronado. From corporate beach parties, to spectacular weddings, Hotel del Coronado is a beach front gem just a few short steps from the sand. A historic beachfront hotel, it was designated a National Historical Landmark in 1977. There is no shortage of history here - it opened in 1888! Movies have been shot here, because it’s wooden VIcotrian architecture is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Keep your eyes peeled in Some Like it Hot for Marilyn Monroe at Hotel del Coronado.
A relaxing and luxurious resort unlike any other, Estancia La Jolla is definitely one of our go-to spots in San Diego County. This hacienda style hotel is equally posh and polished, with 10 acres of landscaped gardens. Yes, you read that right. Ten. Acres.
