Tucked into the sun-drenched hills of California, this wedding was straight-up Western chic goals.

Event Lab, Wedding Planning + Design, really brought all the vibes – rustic, but make it luxe!  A fresh, modern take on ranch romance that felt equal parts effortless and iconic.

A Ceremony That Served Looks

The ceremony space was next-level dreamy. Lush hedges framed the vows, keeping it intimate while still feeling wide open to the California sky. That curved black aisle framed intentionally by our Acacia natural chairs in the most epic curved layout. Forget traditional straight-runways—this one flowed like a slow country song.

Total game-changer next to that black winding aisle.  It brought depth, contrast, and just enough edge to make the whole setup feel straight out of a fashion editorial.  Western ruggedness and high-end sophistication.

A Reception Under the California Sky

For the reception, the bride and groom went all in on modern ranch glam. This open-air concept allowed guests to dine under the stars, blurring the line between the natural landscape and the event itself.  Just WOW!!

It felt like an ultra-exclusive, boho-cowgirl supper club.

The furniture lineup? A total slay.

 Event Lab teamed up with us to mix the most stylish, fashion-forward take on Western design.

Our black Bentwood chairs paired with the Emperor dining tables giving all the rattan textures…YUM!  Then layer in luxe lounges, checkered rugs, and bold accent pieces…ummm okay!!!  So effortless, but make it look expensive.

And the lounge moments – straight out of a modern ranch house dream !!

Our Veruca mustard velvet sofa paired perfectly next to the soft yet clean lines of the Jagger chairs.  Sitting on top of layered Checkered and Jute rugs, creating a classic Western comfort meets high-end design. It felt like the kind of space where you’d kick off your boots, sip whiskey neat, and swap stories under the stars.

And then came the it-girl of the night: the custom-built hat bar from Rancher Hat Bar. Guests got to design their own cowboy hats.  It was the kind of experience that had everyone lined up, laughing, and fully leaning into their Western alter egos

This wedding redefined country-core – proof that Western style doesn’t have to be all rustic.  You can turn it into something modern and impossibly cool. This Cali Country Affair delivered a one-of-a-kind experience that felt stylish, fresh, and deeply personal.
