Deep in the roots of Downtown Los Angeles rises Perch, a cozy rooftop setting atop a historic 1920s building. This elegant, French-inspired venue was chosen for a clients 60th birthday party, and it’s no wonder as to why. The location hosts unobstructed city views and a speakeasy atmosphere, perfect for this intimate soiree!

Guests were transported through multiple lounges in this 3 story event, each one offering a unique and elegant atmosphere.

Kristin Banta Events showcased various vignettes reflecting the pleasures and interests of the client. The indoor and outdoor settings were fused with Old and New World reflections with Vintage Luggage, Cameras, Books and Musical Accessories.

Tables glistened with our Brass Chargers, Flatware, Cut Crystal Dinnerware and Glassware.

Our Stockard Dresser creates an inviting experience for this whimsical, elevated lounge.

Guests were escorted through period themed jazz, hand wrapped cigars and signature cocktail in hand. Our Angelica Sofa, Robin Chairs and Suffolk Bench surrounded a fire pit for cozy conversations.

Self-serve dessert and coffee carts adorned the rooftop space, reflecting the favorite treats of the birthday girl. Incandescent city lights and vintage Candlesticks lit the space as guests danced this lovely night away.
