The 1912 says it best in their own words: “Upscale flair, Downtown charm”. This industrial style venue with high wood beam ceilings and plenty of natural light, is a stunner for anything from a wedding to an anniversary party or corporate event. Originally home to the Gas Company, it has also been an office space, a restaurant and countless other things. It finally met its match when it was transformed into a venue. The worn brick greets guests both on the interior and exterior, and Tile and wood floors from its previous life mark the entryway into the a high-ceiling open space with Palladian windows that flood the area with natural light. Elegance is understated at The Estate on Second.
