Planners gathered together for an intimate setting at the newest and most unique Magnolia, TX wedding venue, The Meekermark. Texas industry professionals were introduced to the picture perfect space to celebrate each other in business while enjoying local vendors pops ups throughout. Archive Rentals Texas was thrilled to play in the days festivities bringing our similar taste and motto when it comes to design – unique, modern, and vintage.
The Meekermark is full of character being built from a reconstructed 200yr old barn located in Magnolia, a quaint town outside of Houston, TX. The entire property was designed by a family of wedding photographers – award winning wedding photographers we might add, Christine and Mark Meeker. The couple that founded Meeker Pictures captured numerous Houston venues over their careers and learned a thing or two on how to make the perfect venue look picture perfect.
We might have filled up our glass one too many times because of this amazing set up from Mini Mobile Bar and Revelry Goods balloon installation. The Meekermark promises you all the happy feels and this my friends is cheer joy – from the larger than life minty barn door, billowing oak trees, and warm wood tones. – we can’t get enough.

Our Archive design team really brought the summer vibes when styling this table setting. Our rose gold chairs shinned in the sunlight while our vintage goblets set in cooler tones balanced the ombre napkins placed at each setting. The cheery blooms from Bramble and Bee added the punch to this sweet brunch.
We hope all the Magnolia based planners who attended felt special and inspired sitting at our table allowing new friendships and collaborations to be made.
Wow, they weren’t kidding when they said The Meekermark was built and designed by photographers. I mean, look at that light! Our Juniper emerald sofa pops off the page on top of pink Saros rug nestled around colorful poufs and floor cushions that make you want to melt into them. I think we just described our furniture as candy, but when it looks this good how can you not want to indulge.
We spy our new Natia chairs that we recently can’t get enough of. Indigo blue is totally the new black, don’t you agree?!

We loved all the adorable pop ups from local vendors including this build your own bouquet hosted by the fun loving, talented Montroses girls. When flowers are the take home favor it’s always a good day in our books.
The color crush doesn’t quit with this custom signage designed by Memory Lane Paperie. The words of Coco Chanel always uplift you and also make us want to clean out our closets!
Another light filled space highlighting some of our favorite Archive Texas lounge pieces. We love adding a boho chair moment, like our Crusoe chair here, because what girl doesn’t like to sit like a tropical goddess at all times.
When designing a lounge for your event don’t be scared to mix and match with color and textures. Adding in cooler tones layered over warm hues, like seen here with the turquoise and pink Vega rugs mixed back to neutral elements really made this scene Pop. Our local Texas styling team would love to help design in your favorite colors and make it as you unique to you and your one of a kind event.
Wait, did you guys know that The Meekermark was listed as the top 26 coolest places to get married in the United States – dubbed by one of our fav wedding blogs Green Weeding Shoes. That’s a massive accomplishment and major venue street cred, which we’re not surprised by because we felt unbelievably cool during this entire event.
One of Meekermarks most known for instagramable moments is their ceremony under the trees in an outdoor wedding space, with floating windows and soaring white vaulted beams creating an open-air chapel in the forest.
