We love beach weddings, especially when they have a vintage feel! And what a gorgeous one this was! Katie and Blake were married at a private estate right on the water in San Diego. It made for a perfect pairing that they utilized a lot of our antique furniture inventory to really bring out the nostalgic feel to their family property and make their special day personalized. Special thanks to the amazing Priscila Valentia for these lovely images!
Large settees, armchairs and loveseats were used along the hillside in the creams and blue tones. Here are just a few of the wonderful pieces we have in our inventory. This is a great way to tie in you color palette by paring a few colored pieces with cream and whites. Not only that, but doesn’t this make for a lovely setting for a ceremony?
A beautifully decorated arch by our very own, Krista Jon! And centerpieces that will certainly make you dream of the beach! One of the design elements that I love so much from this wedding is the use of different vessels, containers and looks. They all go together cohesively, but look at how much interest and depth there is to the decor! Lanterns, succulents, blue glassware, crystal… gorgeousness!
Katie carried a bouquet of blue and white hydrangea with silver brunia and dusty miller accents.
A beautiful day in San Diego!
White, silver and soft green florals carried into the reception decor. Blue glassware in varying shades tied together the color palette.
Is this blue, tufted sofa not to die for! Love, love, love!
Footed glass urns, beach lanterns and silver trays bring this vintage beach look together.
Touches of succulents in footed miniature urns and glassware make these floral pieces shine.
Congratulations to our happy couple Katie and Blake!
