Christmas Cocktail Party Ideas

Archive Rentals

Warmest Season Greetings,

The bountiful beauty, color and texture that this holiday season brings has taken hold of our office (and hearts)… and we have no complaints! This month, we’ve shared the creative prowess of our in-house designers… from Kori’s Tinsel + Crystal inspiration to Al’s Holiday Craft Party Ideas. Our office is decked with these diverse and one-of-a kind designs in every corner, keeping us inspired all season long. This week, our designer Hayden Crosby is concluding the series with a warm + woodsy cocktail hour… so keep the Moscow Mule’s coming and enjoy the blessings of the season, from our hearts to yours.

I have to give a huge shout out to my Mom for always taking me to flea markets, estate sales, and thrift stores as a kid. There I grew a love and understanding for pieces with character and an eye for quality amongst all the crap. When it comes to my style I would describe it as eclectic in every sense of the word. I like to mix sleek mid-century modern pieces, funky vintage patterns, and soft organic textures.

This board in particular was inspired by my time living in Northern Idaho – with a love for all things Native American and woodsy. With traditional leather and velvet pieces giving that holiday feel, I like be bold and mix in lively patterns and fur. Above all it evokes a cozy time spent in a cabin amongst big pine tress, while drinking cocktails with loved ones. These are magical times I wish upon you.

Cheers!

Meet Hayden:

Full Name: Hayden Marie Crosby

Years at Archive: 3

Styling Tip: Personality is what makes a design great. Don’t be afraid to be bold, pay attention to detail as well as symmetry, and always add organic textures. Plants and flowers are everything!

Favorite Archive Piece: Swanson Sofa because of its retro funky flock in all the right shades of ivory, green and blue

Fun fact: I like to go on extreme outdoor/camping adventures. Let it be known that Costco kayaks are not cut out for week long trips across Lake Powell. Extreme fun turned extremely dangerous.

Happy Holidays!
