Styled Shoot by day and gal-pal soiree by night? Count us in! Ryan MacKenzie from Love Always Planning designed a styled shoot then turned the setup into a Galentine’s Day soiree by inviting vendor gal pals and industry boss babes to enjoy an evening at Flora The Venue in downtown San Diego. This event was photographed by the ever so lovely Carrie McGurie Photo. The get together was filled with sparkling rosé, delicious bites and desserts surrounded by beauty.
Archive Rentals was happy to be a part of this girly event that encouraged women doing what we do best- designing and enjoying spaces filled with love!

Flora the Venue, based out of San Diego, CA, is absolutely a statement venue, its unique florals and foliage all throughout the space allow for the perfect backdrop for any and all of your special occasions. Our light, bright, and modern pieces and a heart statement marquee sign, by My Marquee SD, paired perfectly with the space while enhancing what the space already had to offer.
All of the industry boss babes were encouraged to wear their best Valentine’s inspired heels only to drop them at the door and get straight into the comfiest shoes of all time: cozy slippers. Leave your shoes and worries at the door, am I right? In all seriousness, we absolutely loved this idea to allow these hard working ladies a true moment of comfort to fully enjoy themselves.
The new year allowed our California Headquarters to go full steam ahead in obtaining many new and incredibly eye-catching inventory pieces. These pieces take on a much more modern twist, because who doesn’t love modern? Here we feature our new Novi Settee paired with our Keaton Table making for the perfect sweetheart setup for all lovebirds. Their gold accents pair so well together and the contrast against Flora the Venue’s foliage makes for the pop art color we are dreaming of this Valentine’s Day.
Can you say sofa statement? Archive Rentals loves a good lounge moment and this is it for us! Our new White Ginger Sofa paired with our Hans Chair makes for a white modern dreamland! We love the accents and pops of love story colors to really bring all of the pieces to life doing what they do best- being a showstopper!
Can you even with these florals? We cannot handle it! These to die for florals, by Tularosa Flowers, pair so eloquently with our Mauve Pink Georgina Sofa and assorted pillows. Again, we see a hint of gold accents with our Zephyr Chairs and Roman Coffee Table and a modern accent with our Kyra Vases and it’s a giving us all of the love story vibes for any Galentine’s party.
You already know it doesn’t stop with lounges for us, we love a tabletop moment! Our Sand Stoneware Salad Plate, Blush Bread Plate, Blush Sefina Napkins, and Blush Water Goblets are giving these delicious treats by Little Lulus the life they deserve. All food prepared by Terra Catering was also top notch and delicious. We hope you and your lovebird are fine dining at a table setting that oozes goodies and love like this one!
